Casting Session for: Sprint United Management Corp. “Happy Switchers” (Television [Broadcast])
Casting date: Tuesday, January 5th
Callbacks: Either Thursday, January 7th or Friday the 8th.

This is a SAG/AFTRA national spot. Non-SAG/AFTRA talent will be Taft Hartley'd. Please indicate current union status when confirming auditions.
Shoot dates:
Talent MUST be available for 2 to 3 days during January 9th - 13th. This spot will shoot in Los Angeles. Talent will be flown out if cast. Talent MUST have availability to travel to LA for the shoot for 2 to 3 days between 1/9 - 1/13.

Looking for English and/or Spanish speakers. Talent does not need to be bilingual, just fluent in one or the other language. Spots will be shot in both languages with different talent.
Men & Women of various ethnicities, 25-65 years old, must have fun & interesting personalities so they can captivate the audience as they tell a story with emotions that range from excited to frustrated to heartwarming.
Must have switched to Sprint in the last 6 months, and recall which offer was the catalyst for them switching to Sprint.
Each person will need to bring to the callbacks a bill from their old provider, as well as their current Sprint bill, in order to verify they switched in the last 6 months. Please indicate when submitting talent whether talent can supply the bills, if asked.
Must be able to tell us what’s been the result of them switching (e.g.: saving money, faster downloads, enough data for the whole family, etc.)
Must be able to tell us how they’ve been able to move forward or benefit from switching to Sprint.
INTERNET/NEW MEDIA COMMERCIAL (MADE FOR)
On-Camera Principals:
Session Fee = Scale according to the SAG Commercials Contract
Use Fees = 8-weeks/133% of Scale Session Fee, 1-year/350% of Scale Session Fee (One-time Use Fee to cover all edits/lifts/versions.)
Extended Editing Rights = Scale Session Fee to cover up to 5 edits/lifts/versions. Additional edits/lifts/versions beyond 5 to be paid at the same rate.
NOTICE TO ALL PERFORMERS: This is to advise you that for the commercials(s) listed above, we intend to employ all performers at scale and to obtain all the rights provided in the Standard Employment Contract. We intend to comply with the payment of minimum scale rates for session and use fees per the SAG Commercials Contract. These rights include but are not limited to, Foreign, Theatrical, Industrial, Dealer, Simulcast, Internet and New Media. Performers who do not intend to accept such terms and conditions shall have the right to audition and negotiate for better terms and conditions at the time of hiring.
Usage:
Performer(s) engaged for the commercial(s) listed below must be engaged on the conditions enumerated below. In order to avoid any misunderstanding, each Standard Use Right must be mentioned at the time of the audition call and confirmed prior to engagement. Except as indicated below, no special terms, conditions and payments can be negotiated without prior approval by the agency.

ADDITIONAL USE RIGHTS
• Use of Stills for online/PR use: five (5) stills/screen shots for one (1) year of online & PR use will be compensated as follows: On-Camera Principals at $500.00 and Extras at $100.00 for image rights.
• Extended editing rights for online use: SAG scale session fees to cover up to 5 edits/lifts/versions for on or off camera principals. Additional edits/lifts/versions beyond five (5) to be paid at the same rate. For extras, a SAG scale Integration fee will be paid.
• Behind The Scenes Videos and Internal Sprint Videos: Performers will be compensated at scale per the Industrial and Educational contract for Category II programs and Category I programs respectively
• Use of up to five (5) videos including but not limited to GIF’s and online content, for internet and new media use including but not limited to social media for one (1) year.
• The content in these videos will be lifted from shoot day materials. Performers will be compensated as follows: On-Camera Principals $500.00, Off-Camera Principals $400.00, Hand Models $300.00, and Extras at $100.00 for video rights
TELEVISION COMMERCIAL INTENDED USE:
All standard provisions of the SAG contract apply, front & back. Including right to contract, exclusivity, arbitration and producer's rights.

Indicate if talent can provide copies of old and Sprint bills to the callbacks to prove that they have switched and are Sprint customers.
