Who We Are

Emily Rushing — Bio

Emily Rushing was born and raised in the Bluegrass Horse Country of Lexington, KY. She attended Eastern Kentucky University and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Journalism.

Emily has performed on-stage & in front of the camera for over 20 years. Her passion for the performing arts began at the age of 9yrs old after being accepted into the School for the Creative and Performing Arts, where she majored in Vocal Performance and minored in Theater & Dance.

Her experience at SCAPA influenced her desire to strive toward a career in the entertainment industry.

She apprenticed and modeled under the leadership of her mentor, Janie Olmstead-Head, owner of Images Talent Agency in Lexington, KY. Images enabled Emily to develop her own resume as an actress & model, while allowing her the opportunity to work alongside Janie, coaching various talent during annual modeling/acting events in Los Angeles & NYC.

After moving to Denver in 2007, Emily embarked on a career as a Reporter & Anchor for a Colorado News Station, while continuing to pursue her passion in the entertainment industry. She began modeling & acting for Big Fish Talent in 2007 and helped Peter DeAnello establish & grow the “print division” at Big Fish Talent. Emily has numerous credits to her name for various regional & national ad campaigns including DirecTV, Re/Max, Richmond American Homes, National City Bank, Credit Union of Colorado, and Coors Brewing Company to mention a few.


Elisa Piesman — Booking Assistant

Elisa has been working in front of the camera since 1996. She began interning with Big Fish Talent as a way to understand the job from all areas, and we haven’t been able to get her out of the office since. Elisa is thrilled to be able to use her knowledge from working on set to better help the members of Big Fish Talent book work in the industry. She holds a bachelor's degree in Speech Communications and a minor in Psychology.


Rachel Leach — VO Agent

Rachel Leach has been involved in the voice over industry for over 20 years. She has narrated thousands of projects, for familiar names such as Microsoft, Delta Dental, Gap, Ashley Furniture and Banana Republic, to name a few. She has a passion for the art of communication and loves working with talent to create narrations that ‘pop’ . Rachel is a voice acting coach as well as a recommended expert coach for a varity of professional platforms. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Communication. She is also a graduate of the Dick Grove School of Music with a major in Voice and a minor in Piano.
